Like John Butler, all of the rugs in our house came from Shawn. This includes the beautiful runners that he had made for our staircases. He spoke to weavers in Pakistan and asked them to make specific size runners for us. They are absolutely gorgeous. He also suggested someone to install them, and I can't recommend Max enough. Shawn is patient (heaven knows he needs to be with my wife constantly changing her mind) and he worked with us until we had the right rugs for the each room. He is a teacher, and you can learn all about handwoven rugs when you see Shawn. You will not be disappointed. His selection is beautiful and his customer service is first class. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

This rug store has been here in Roswell for many years. Shawn has a great selection of rugs and is knowledgeable about the quality of all the rugs he sells. I wouldn't buy rugs anywhere else.

Shawn knows his rugs, I'd come in with my room measurements and he would quickly let me know the available and best fit sizes. He is quick to point out the features of each rug type that make one more suitable than the other for a particular application (traffic level, durability, sizes, and price range) Normally we purchased smaller in-stock rugs, cash n carry. But our most recent purchase was for a large (12' x 15') hand made rug. Since it was Very large and Very heavy Shawn & his assistant delivered and installed it, Same day, on a Saturday, for Free! They didn't even charge for delivery, furniture moves, padding, or installation. They also shifted the old existing rug to a new location in our house and laid it down too.
